When pressure builds around my forehead and temples, this feels incredibly soothing. After about 15 minutes, my head feels much less tense

My head can feel like it’s being squeezed after hours on screens. The pressure feels comfortable, and I feel much more relaxed afterward

I got this head massager for my tension headaches and man, it actually works. The 6 airbags squeeze just right and the heat is a nice bonus. I use it almost every night now. Glad I bought it.

On long screen days, the pressure can build as the day goes on. By late afternoon, you may find yourself pressing or rubbing your temples. But you still need your hands for work, and the day isn't over yet.
You already know to take a break. The hard part is finding one you can actually take.
None of this is new advice. But on a busy screen day, the usual options can still ask you to remember, stop, step away, or use your own hands.

The different massage modes and intensity levels are a great feature. Some days I prefer a gentler setting, while other times I want a stronger massage after a stressful day. The controls are simple, and it only takes a few seconds to find a setting that feels comfortable.
I originally bought this because I get tension headaches from spending too much time at a computer, and I wasn’t expecting much. After the first use, though, I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing it was.
One evening after a long day, I had that familiar tight feeling starting across my forehead and around my scalp. Instead of reaching for anything else right away, I sat down and used this head massager while watching TV. Within about 15 minutes, I felt more relaxed, and the tension I had been carrying all day seemed to ease up. It didn’t magically solve everything, but it definitely helped me unwind. 😊
The massage feels soothing without being too intense, and it’s easy to use. Now it’s become part of my routine whenever I’m stressed or feeling the start of a headache. If you’re looking for a way to relax at the end of the day, this is worth trying.
I use this head and eye massager mostly in the evenings when I feel tired from looking at screens too long. The wrap feels soft and the airbags gently squeeze my head and temple area. I like the warm setting around my eyes ,it makes me feel calm and ready for bed. It isn’t too noisy and I can adjust the heat easily. So far, it’s comfortable to wear and stays in place even if I lean back on my couch.
This massager has a foldable design that’s great for storage. I use it while lying down before bed, and it helps me fall asleep faster. The warmth and rhythmic pressure around the eyes are pretty soothing. There are different hot compress modes, and I like switching between them depending on how stressed I’m feeling. The head massage is light, its more relaxing than therapeutic, but that works for me. It doesn't replace a deep tissue massage of course, but for daily stress relief, it's a solid tool to have.
I enjoy that it isn't simply for the eye area. The head massage on my temples, forehead and back of head gives me several alternatives depending on where I'm feeling stressed. Once I got used to the controls, they are really straightforward, and you can fine tune the controls to something that feels comfortable.
I’ve especially been using it at night. I used to lie in bed and keep scrolling on my phone even when I knew I should be relaxing. Now I’ll put this on instead. It gives me a reason to put the phone down and spend a few minutes doing absolutely nothing.
This ended up being a very nice face/head massager, with much better build quality than expected. The fabric is average, but the remove and cable to the massager is high end and heavy duty. This is a new device when it comes to design. It's like an expanded version of the eye massagers that utilize air chambers and bumper-like-pistons that simulate massage motions. While it's not the same as hands or finger massaging, this technology has come a long way to create something pretty similar.
This is used after work every day and it really helps me relax throughout the day after all the hours I spend in front of screens. Bluetooth music option is a huge plus, feels like a real spa experience. Folds up nicely for storing or traveling with and the battery lasts for a few uses before I need it recharged again.
This is well worth the money me and my partner brought these as a way to relax in the evening, as we both work very hard stressful jobs . once charged the massager has a set timer so you can just put it on and relax until the massager stops me and my partner do one cycle while lying in bed and it helps us relax enough to get a good sleep great product thanks
I also really like the head and scalp massage part. The device wraps around my head, so it feels more secure than I expected. The adjustable strap makes it easy to get a comfortable fit, and the soft padding helps it feel nicer against my skin.
I ordered this because I get migraines and wanted something I could use to relax when I feel one coming on. When I received it, I noticed the last pressure cushion on the right was not inflating because the air pouch had a very tight S-shaped bend in it. I was able to remove it and gently flatten it with a hairdryer, which fixed the problem. Since then, I have really enjoyed the massage and the pressure feels very relaxing. It does not get rid of a migraine for me, but it definitely helps me calm down and relax when I am dealing with one.
I highly recommend this! It’s probably the best purchase I’ve made recently. It’s incredibly convenient and has really helped me sleep better. I’m very happy with it!
The fit has also been comfortable. I was concerned about pressure across my nose because I've tried eye massagers before that became annoying after ten minutes. This one sits much better on my face, and I can loosen the headband slightly when I'm lying in bed.
I’ve been using this in the evening when my eyes and forehead feel tired after a busy day. I usually sit on the couch for a few minutes after the kids are settled and put it on while listening to music. The combination of gentle compression and warmth feels relaxing, especially around the forehead and eye area. I like that I can choose the setting depending on what I’m in the mood for rather than having the same massage every time. The eye area is comfortably covered, so I can actually sit back and take a break without looking at my phone. It’s also easy to use once you get familiar with the buttons, and the rechargeable design means I don’t have to stay next to an outlet while using it. I wouldn’t describe it as a replacement for anything medical, but as a little at-home relaxation device, I’ve really enjoyed having it nearby. It has become something I reach for when I want a few quiet minutes to myself.
The adjustable headband fits me well and the padding feels soft and comfortable. I especially like that I don't have to hold anything in place, so I can completely relax during the massage. USB-C charging is also very convenient.
This head massager is straightforward to use once you get the band adjusted properly, and it's comfortable enough to wear for extended sessions. The combination of heat and micro pulse actually does help ease tension around the temples and eyes, making it genuinely relaxing to use after a long day. The device feels solidly built and seems like it will last with regular use. For the price, it delivers real value if you're after something to manage everyday headaches and stress without medication. The white noise feature adds a nice calming element to the whole experience.
I like using this head massager after spending hours working in front of a computer. The massage around my forehead and temples feels very relaxing, and the gentle warmth around the eyes is a nice extra touch. It’s comfortable enough to wear hands-free while I just sit back and relax.
This is a head and eye massager with heating. This is one of the best personal care products I have bought this year.
This massager is very comfortable to wear, it fits on the head and eyes, and has an adjustable strap that allows me to adjust the fit to my head shape. The lining is soft and comfortable, and even sensitive skin can feel the gentle touch. After turning it on, I immediately felt the rhythmic air pressure pulses on my temples and forehead, and the warm current around my eyes. It feels like a gentle therapist massaging away the tension of the day.
The heating function is especially effective - the temperature is not too hot, just enough to relax the muscles around the eyes and forehead. I usually turn it on when I relax in the evening and feel calm within minutes. Just what I was looking for!
I suffer with headaches and fatigue in my eyes after long days in front of a screen so decided to give this a go. Im genuinely impressed at how much this has helped to the point where I now use it in the morning and evening pretty much every day. The product is well made and easy to use too.
It may be strange looking, but honestly its neat. At first it startled me with the airbags and how they moved and such. But it was super relaxing honestly. I could have fallen asleep quickly. I made my husband try it too and he agreed it felt nice. I can see myself using this alot.
This head massager has been a fantastic way to unwind and relieve tension. The combination of scalp and eye massage, along with gentle heat, provides deep relaxation. The adjustable settings make it easy to find the perfect level of pressure, and it targets key areas like the forehead and temples effectively.
This is a simple but enjoyable head massager that is easy to incorporate into a relaxing routine. I like that it does not require any complicated setup or controls, so it can be picked up and used whenever you want a few minutes of massage.
This is a nice little gadget for relaxing after a long day, with several features built into one compact design. The combination of head and eye massage, gentle heat and micro-pulse modes gives you different options depending on what feels most comfortable. I particularly like having the heat function alongside the massage because it adds a warm, relaxing element rather than relying on vibration alone. The head and eye coverage also makes it feel more versatile than a standard handheld massager. The controls are straightforward, and the overall design makes it easy to use while sitting back and taking some time to relax. It’s worth noting that I would treat it as a relaxation device rather than something intended to diagnose or treat headaches. Overall, it’s a convenient and feature packed option for a relaxing routine.
My husband gets tension headaches and tries to limit his use of medication so I thought this would be a good option for him.
The unit charged quickly. The instructions are not the best and it is more of a trial and error to figure it out.
My husband has a larger head and was able to use this comfortably. He did not mind the hum while it is on. He likes the pressure and feels it helps his head. I do not really like pressure on my head or body. If you like massages, you will not mind this unit.
As for quality, it average for what you get.
For me, this has become more of a relaxation device than anything else. After a long day of work and screen time, putting it on with the heat and gentle compression feels like a nice little break. The best part is probably that it gets me away from my phone for a while. A few quiet minutes with my eyes closed is exactly what I need sometimes.
Pretty cool massager, it uses inflatable blatter to put pressure on the various points around the head. It's hard to get the massage to be exactly where the pain points are located because the position of the blatter is not adjustable. On my head, the two blatter on the temples are too forward so it never really hits the spot. I guess it really depends on the size of your head. It's also not as good as a hand massage, but it's still relaxing. I wouldn't say this is a must-have.
Control is complicated because I have no idea what function does what, but eventually I just start recognizing the pattern by how they start. I would also like to know how to turn off the heat around the eyes, but the controls are really not obvious.
This massager feels very relaxing after a long or stressful day. I like the combination of heat, compression, and massage around the forehead, temples, and eye area. The different zones make it feel more complete than a basic eye mask. It is easy to use and comfortable enough to wear while sitting back and relaxing. A nice option for anyone who enjoys gentle pressure and warmth around the head and eyes.
This is an interesting massager because it combines a full-wrap head massage with a heated eye compress rather than focusing on just one area. The wraparound design provides pressure across different parts of the head, and having four massage modes and three intensity levels makes it easy to adjust depending on whether you want something gentle or a stronger kneading sensation.
The heated eye area is especially relaxing. There are three temperature settings, so you can choose the level of warmth that feels most comfortable. It's nice for simply closing your eyes and unwinding after a long day.
I also appreciate the separate remote control with LED display. It's much easier to change the settings using the remote once the massager is already positioned on your head rather than trying to find buttons you can't see.
The rechargeable battery is another plus. There's no need to remain connected to an outlet while using it, and the USB charging setup makes it convenient for home or travel.
At approximately 450g, you can definitely feel that you're wearing a device on your head, and the full-wrap design may take a little getting used to. Fit and pressure will also vary depending on head size.
This head massager is very simple to operate. The buttons are easy to understand, and I like being able to adjust the intensity based on my preference. The soft padding makes it comfortable to wear, and the adjustable strap helps create a secure fit. The combination of gentle air pressure and warm eye heat feels very relaxing. It has become something I look forward to using after spending a long day working.
What I appreciate most is that it gives me a reason to actually close my eyes for a while. Instead of taking a break from my computer by staring at another screen, I can sit back and do absolutely nothing for a few minutes. It's become a nice part of my evening routine and something I genuinely look forward to after a long workday.
This headache mask is amazing!! It uses air to press on all the pressure points that make headaches go away. It's awesome! It really works. You have to adjust it to your head size otherwise it doesn't push on the right points. If it's poorly adjusted you won't feel the pressure on the back of your neck where it makes a lot of headaches go away for me. If your head really hurts it does hurt initially, but after the whole 15 minutes its like you never had that headache. I don't get them often, but when I do they make me want to just go to sleep and get over it. This completely changes everything! I didn't notice the heat, I don't think it needs it, but it's definitely durable I keep it on my bed and sometimes it gets knocked off and tossed around. Nobody in my family suffers migraines so I can't help there.
I usually go with the lightest pressure setting. I appreciate having both heat and no-heat choices. I tend to use it sitting back rather than moving around. Still, I like it overall.
